We’re looking for a Telegram and Discord Moderator to join our growing team!

About The Role

We are seeking a Moderator to manage and engage with our vibrant crypto community across Telegram (TG) and Discord platforms. As a moderator, you will play a key role in fostering a positive environment, answering questions, enforcing community guidelines, and ensuring smooth communication within the community.

We’re looking for someone who is native english speaking with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of crypto projects, and fluency in managing conversations on TG and Discord. The ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in blockchain, DeFi, crypto, and Web3 is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Management: Actively moderate conversations on Telegram and Discord channels, ensuring they align with community guidelines.
• Engagement: Respond promptly to community questions, provide support, and keep the conversation lively and informative.
• Content Sharing: Share relevant updates, announcements, and news related to the project, ensuring accurate and timely information reaches the community.
• Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes, handle community issues, and de-escalate tensions while maintaining a professional tone.
• Spam/Bot Prevention: Proactively identify and eliminate spam, bots, and inappropriate content to maintain a healthy community.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to align community efforts with the project's goals and marketing strategies.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Track community sentiment and report insights, feedback, or recurring issues to the internal team.
• Community Growth: Assist in fostering organic community growth through meaningful interactions and retention efforts.
  
  

Our Ideal Profile

• Previous Crypto Experience: Prior experience moderating communities in the crypto space is highly desirable.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple channels and conversations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in TG & Discord: Experience moderating Telegram and Discord groups for crypto or tech projects.

• Native English Speaker: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Crypto Knowledge: Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse community interactions.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations, answer technical questions, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Time Zone Flexibility: Willingness to moderate during peak community hours, which may include weekends or non-traditional hours.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with bots, moderation tools, and community management software.
