IT Project Manager

Role Description:

This is a full-time IT Project Manager role at PLC Group in Vilnius. We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a team of developers and testers working on our global automotive auction platform and digital vehicle history report projects.

Our Team:

5 developers (backend and frontend)

2 testers

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end IT project management – from idea to launch (software and web projects).

Project planning, timeline, budget, and resource control.

Task creation and team management (developers, analysts, testers).

Writing technical tasks and project documentation.

Managing software development processes using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.

Organizing and participating in code reviews, testing, and product acceptance processes.

IT specialist recruitment, conducting technical interviews.

Working with APIs, databases, and cloud services.

Quality control and ensuring the product meets requirements.

Developing and implementing new IT solutions.

Data analysis and report preparation.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge of Russian and English (B2–C1 level and above).

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

Responsibility, initiative, and attention to detail.

Strong understanding of software development, web projects, and system architecture.

Experience managing software, web applications, and API integration projects.

In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and practical experience.

Ability to write technical tasks, documentation, and specifications.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab.

Experience working with REST API, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience in IT specialist recruitment, selection, and conducting technical interviews.
