Making it possible for anyone to find and access the best possible treatment options, with the click of a button. Bringing together demand and supply like never before, in one of the world's largest industries. Do you aspire to be at the forefront of innovation in healthcare and creating the next health tech unicorn? You’ve come to the right place!

The opportunity: Product Designer

As a Product Designer at myTomorrows, you are responsible for problem-solving, creative collaboration, and building intuitive solutions for digital products. We are looking for someone skilled at each stage of the design process but with a strong focus on UX/UI design and high-fidelity prototypes. As you will work closely with cross-functional teams in a strategic way, proficiency in English and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Given that most of our team is located in the Netherlands, we only consider candidates for this position who live within commuting distance to our office in Amsterdam.

What You'll Do In This Role

  • Work closely with the Director of Design and Product Design team to support the Product and Engineering department with the discovery and design of new product features for our digital platform.
  • Conduct discovery research, create wireframes/mock-ups to support new concepts, and present findings to the team.
  • Design end-to-end user experiences, including high-fidelity screens and workflows in Figma, collaborating with product owners, analysts, and engineers on research findings, business requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Create interactive prototypes in Figma to visualize user workflows and new features.
  • Present product design ideas to leadership, and internal stakeholders and facilitate discussions
  • Co-facilitate workshops for collaboration, e.g., design sprints.
  • Support our UX researcher with qualitative and quantitative research activities from time to time, e.g., usability testing.

Job Requirements

This is the right opportunity for you if you have:

  • 3 to 5 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS environments (B2B and/or B2C) within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to understand user needs /JTBD, evaluate options, and create intuitive design solutions.
  • Experience in working in an agile/scrum environment, where you co-create, test, and deliver high-quality user experiences
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of business objectives and priorities, as they relate to our value proposition and user needs.
  • A proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of your domains.
  • A well-rounded product design portfolio with result-driven case studies.
  • Excellent English communication skills are a must.
  • A university degree in Design, Interaction, Communication, or related field is preferred.

What We Offer

  • Serve a purposeful mission: helping patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments
  • International work environment, scale-up energy, and flat organization
  • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and equity
  • Great career development opportunities in a growing company
  • Learning and development budget, alongside internal knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Attractive pension plan, full premium covered by us
  • Hybrid work model
  • Policies to support working parents
  • Healthy lunch at the office
  • Unlimited access to professional guidance by certified psychologists via OpenUp
  • We celebrate freedom every year with an added holiday for Liberation Day on the 5th of May
