Your Role

As a Visual Designer at Hadrian, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity and bringing marketing campaigns to life. From eye-catching social media graphics to polished event materials, your designs will help tell our story and engage our audience. In this role, you’ll get to work closely with both the marketing and design teams to create high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and campaign goals. Beyond marketing, as a Visual Designer there’s also room to support internal and product-related design work, giving you the flexibility to leave your creative mark across the company.

What you will do as a Visual Designer at Hadrian:

• Create Visual Content: Design social media posts, flyers, promotional materials, and presentations that elevate our marketing campaigns.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with Hadrian’s brand identity across different platforms.
• Edit and Resize Content: Adapt existing graphics to fit various formats and channels.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure visuals support campaign strategies.
• Contribute Creatively: Participate in brainstorming sessions and help shape the overall visual direction of campaigns.
  
  

You Are Fit For This Job Because You

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Visual Designer.
• Are skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Workspace.
• Can document your design process clearly and structure your work in a clean and organized way.
• Can confidently articulate your design choices and explain the rationale behind them.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creative ideas can turn into reality.
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in cybersecurity or other highly technical environments.
• Worked at an agency or as part of a large design team.
• Strong familiarity with brand guidelines and how to apply them effectively.
• A background in digital design studies.
• Skills in motion design, 3D design, or illustration.
