About The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Presentation Designer with a strong focus on presentation design to join our creative marketing team. The ideal candidate will give life to business concepts, understand how to visually represent complex ideas, and demonstrate a deep understanding of branding to put our sales messaging best-foot-forward by crafting visually compelling and polished presentations. Collaborating closely with designers, art directors, and marketing team members, and interfacing with Sales team members, you’ll act as the Presentation Center of Excellence, managing requests, ensuring deliverables meet high quality standards while maintaining brand consistency.

This role is perfect for someone with experience in presentation slide design, designing for messaging, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Presentation Design: Develop and refine engaging, professional presentations using mostly Google Slides, sometimes PowerPoint, that align with brand guidelines and captivate audiences.
• Visual Enhancements: Transform content-heavy slides into visually appealing layouts with clear storytelling, utilizing creative graphics, animations, and formatting.
• Creative Services: Intake requests, communicate with requestor (usually Sales), set up meetings when necessary and verbalize creative concepts, execute according to SLA, brief and brand.
• Quality Assurance: Meticulously review and proof designs for layout alignment, resolution, colors, and adherence to brand standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate creative concepts into polished deliverables.
• File Management: Organize and maintain project files, ensuring version control and easy accessibility, and project archives to ensure consistency and accessibility.
• Template Development: Design and manage reusable templates for presentations and other design needs to streamline workflows.
• Asset Production: Prepare and deliver accurate, print-ready and digital-ready files for packaging, advertisements, social media, web, and other marketing materials.
• Technical Expertise: Stay current with tools, techniques, and trends in presentation design and production processes to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven experience as a Presentation Designer, Production Artist or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in presentation or layout design.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including animation, master slides, and advanced formatting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Familiarity with print and digital production requirements, including prepress standards and file preparation.
• Demonstrated professional decorum, presentation and communication skills to interact with stakeholders across the organization.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, PTO, and more. Offers to join Salsify are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate’s work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.

National Pay Range

€29.750—€35.000 EUR
