UX/UI Designer (f/m/div.)

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centric designs for our product. In this role, you will work together with a cross-functional team to define, design, and refine user experiences that align with our Bosch branding and design system.
Your primary focus will be to enhance user satisfaction by improving usability, accessibility, and overall interaction with our UI on already existing features and new ones.

Your contribution to something big:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing;
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions;
• Create wireframes and/or prototypes to visualize design concepts;
• Design aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces aligned with brand guidelines;
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices;
• Provide clear design specifications and assets to development teams;
• Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine designs;
• Design and prototyping using Figma.
  
  

What distinguishes you:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role;
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma;
• Portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work;
• Solid understanding of usability principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards;
• Creativity and strong visual design skills;
• Problem-solving and critical thinking;
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work;
