What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance websites using Webflow
• Implement advanced animations and interactions using GSAP (and other animations libraries), CSS animations, and Webflow's native interactions to enhance user engagement
• Create visually compelling pages with an eye for detail, from homepage designs to landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketers to create seamless, optimized user experiences
• Optimize websites and implement best practices for performance, SEO, and accessibility, ensuring stability and functionality across all platforms
• Use custom code when Webflow's built-in features don't meet client needs
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new Webflow technologies and animation tools to improve development efficiency and creativity
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders, providing feedback and updates on project progress
  
  
  

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 3+ years of Webflow experience, building and optimizing custom sites
• Strong portfolio showcasing animations, interactions, and performance-focused designs.
• Proficiency in GSAP and other animation libraries for engaging web experiences
• Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and best practices
• Ability to integrate Webflow with third-party tools and custom code
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Passion for learning, collaborating, and staying up-to-date with industry trends
