Job Title: Head of Investor Relations - $SRC Ecosystem Project

Payment in project native token $SRC token and success fees from raised capital

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Investor Relations to lead fundraising efforts for the $SRC Ecosystem project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising capital through *token offerings* and a strong network within the *crypto and blockchain investment community*. This role will focus on *strategic investor relations*, cultivating relationships with both *institutional and private investors*, and driving fundraising initiatives to support our *AI-powered, blockchain-based trade finance platform*. The Head of IR will play a crucial role in *driving growth*, maintaining investor confidence, and ensuring *financial success* as we scale the ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage fundraising efforts through token offerings and other fundraising mechanisms.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, VCs, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to ensure strong investor engagement and confidence.
- Work closely with the executive team to define the project’s financial goals and investor strategy.
- Provide regular updates to investors on project progress, developments, and milestones.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in fundraising, particularly in the *crypto and blockchain* space.
- Strong network of *institutional investors* and *VCs* in the crypto industry.
- Expertise in *tokenomics*, *ICOs*, and other fundraising strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with *blockchain projects* and understanding of *trade finance ecosystems* is a plus.
