Job Description:
The purpose of the role is to leverage advanced analytical skills to conduct thorough analyses and generate valuable insights that contribute to informed decision-making within the organization. This role requires a strong foundation in various analysis techniques and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. The Insights Analyst is responsible for gathering, processing, and interpreting data to uncover trends, patterns, and key information relevant to the organization's objectives.
Key Accountabilities
The Insights Analyst is a skilled professional responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making within the organization. This role requires a foundational understanding of analysis techniques, collaboration capabilities, and adeptness in presenting findings to diverse audiences.

- Conduct in-depth analyses of various data sets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that can inform strategic decisions.
- Manage and preprocess large volumes of data to ensure accuracy and reliability in analytical findings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, finance, operations, and strategy, to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Effectively communicate complex findings to diverse audiences through clear and compelling presentations. This includes using visualizations, reports, and other tools to convey information in an accessible manner.
- Provide support to decision-makers by offering data-driven insights that enhance the understanding of business performance, customer behavior, and other relevant factors.
- Updated of industry trends, advancements in analytical techniques, and emerging tools to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of analyses.
- Address complex business challenges by applying analytical methodologies and critical thinking to derive actionable recommendations.
- Previous experience in a media agency, the media industry, or an analysis unit isn’t a requirement, but it’s highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficient in basic data analysis techniques, demonstrating the ability to interpret and draw meaningful insights from quantitative data.
- Skilled in using data visualization tools to effectively present findings, enhancing communication and comprehension of complex information.
- Competent in desk research methodologies.
- Ability to gather, organize, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Strong attention to detail in research processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members on projects.
- Willingness to share insights and contribute to collective goals.
- Clear and organized presentation skills.
- Ability to convey complex information in a comprehensible manner.
- Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations.
- Fluency in Swedish and English language
