Hello,

We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our Polish partner, we are looking for Fullstack Developer.

Your Duties Will Include

  • You will contribute your ideas to the conception or further development of our software solutions and influence strategic architectural decisions in order to develop scalable, highly available and future-proof systems.
  • You will work on backend and frontend developments to support a wide range of e-mobility use cases.
  • You will ensure technical excellence in the team by conducting regular code reviews and ensuring thoughtful testing.
  • You will work in a team that continuously looks for improvement opportunities and values collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements That Must Be Met

  • 4+ years of experience with Node.js, (Express, Nest.js, TS), Python (fastapi), PHP
  • 3+ years of experience in React.js (Next.js, Vite, React-admin, Redux, Redux toolkit)
  • Good knowledge of MongoDb, Mysql, Influx, Redis databases
  • Experience in building Rest-Api
  • Knowledge of Apache Kafka
  • Knowledge of devops (working with Docker, PM2, Bash scripts, building pipelines for CI/CD, Ansible)
  • Very good Polish
