We are looking for a Lead Mobile Developer to join our team.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the development team: task distribution, process optimization, and ensuring execution.
• Design and develop mobile app architecture, ensuring flexibility in technology choices.
• Code review and quality controlto maintain high development standards.
• Integrate analytics tools(Firebase, Appsflyer, Adjust), advertising SDKs, and other traffic management solutions.
• Develop and optimize iOS/Android applications, test hypotheses, and implement new features.
• Practical experience in bypassing moderationinApp StoreandGoogle Play, creating placeholders for ASO, FB, UAC.
• Develop WebView solutionsand integrate tracking systems viaAPI and S2S Postback.
• Organize account farming processes: creating developer accounts or purchasing ready-made ones.
• Collaborate with ASO, marketing, and advertising teamsto achieve the best results.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Senior Developer.
• Strong expertise in Android/Kotlin and iOS/Swift – required.
• Experience integrating tracking systemsviaAPI and S2S Postback.
• Understanding of ASO principlesandApp Store/Google Playspecifics.
• Experience working with cloakingand bypassing advertising platform restrictions.
• Ukrainian - Native, English - Intermediate+
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in traffic arbitrage
• Knowledge of other programming languages (JavaScript, Python, PHP)
