What do we expect you to brin

• g?
  Create local adaptations of global policies based on local regulatory requirements as well as create local implementation. Establishes local policies for topics not covered in global polic
• iesImprove and streamline Allianz processes of continuously monitoring and assessing performance of the company against Information Security policies (Functional Monitoring programs). This is achieved by analysing the Information Security (IS) Compliance self-assessment, tracking and monitoring non-compliances, creating and managing Information Security Risks, and ensuring the development and implementation of comprehensive plans to enhance overall IS compliance leve
• ls.Support, follow up and monitor key global and local Information Security initiatives, projects and solutio
• ns.Collaborate closely with IT, business units and other key functions across the company to ensure effective steering and governance of Information Securi
• ty.Communicate applicable Information Security rules to business owners and business manageme
• nt.Perform local security training initiatives as well as design and execu
• te.Work closely with CISO in all information security related issues, liaise with and regularly report about the information security sta
• tusFollow up, monitor and keep Information Security health indicators updated on the score ca

How can you make an imp

• act?
  Bachelor degree in IT or Information Security related
• fieldProfessional experience in Information Security field for 3-5
• yearsInformation Security experience related to risk management, controls assurance & compliance prog
• rams.Experience with establishing/improving security processes and security controls, performing risk assessments, testing or IT auditing of business process and IT cont
• rols.Previous experience creating and/or performing review and gap analysis of information security policies and standards against cybersecurity framew
• orks.Comprehensive understanding of Information Security standards and compliance regula
• tionsDetailed understanding of information security and risk frameworks/standards (ISO 27001/2, NIST, PCI-DSS, COBIT e
• tc.).Recognized Information Security Certifications e.g. CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC or ISO27001 Lead Auditor are advan
• tage.Excellent verbal, written communication skills and experience presenting across the various levels within the busi
