Responsibilities

• Graduated from relevant university departments.
• At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Proficient in LAN, WAN, VOIP, BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, Load Balancing, URL Filtering, VPN, and SSL technologies.
• Experienced in Routing, Switching, and Wireless networking.
• Knowledgeable in data center network management, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Skilled in firewall management and IPS/IDS security products.
• Experienced in NAC (Network Access Control) management.
• Proficient in English at a level sufficient to follow technical literature.
• Analytical thinker with strong teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Configure core switches, edge switches, wireless access points, and firewall devices in Beymen’s network infrastructure.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the network infrastructure and compliance with Information Security Policies.
• Create network topology diagrams, determine infrastructure requirements, and establish network hardware/software infrastructure.
• Perform wired and wireless network installations in stores and headquarters, oversee cabling infrastructure design, and conduct testing.
• Troubleshoot network issues, provide solutions, and follow up on problem resolution.
• Monitor network device performance, track failures, perform routine maintenance, and carry out software updates.
• Monitor bandwidth usage of data lines and manage upgrade, cancellation, and relocation processes.
• Manage IP address blocks and VPN systems.
• Ensure the continuous operation of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.
• Follow new technological developments and propose implementation suggestions.
• Be experienced in configuring and managing Router, Switch, WAN Optimization, IP Telephony, Wireless LAN, NGFW, NAC, SSL VPN, Load Balancer, and SD-WAN systems.
• Manage operating systems of network hardware and software vendors (Cisco, Arista, Huawei, Palo Alto, Aruba, etc.) and have basic Linux knowledge.
• Be experienced with network management software and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, ManageEngine, RiverBed, etc.).
• Have expertise in TCP/IP troubleshooting and system error resolution.
• Track and manage support cases with international manufacturers.
• Establish alarm/monitoring mechanisms to ensure uninterrupted service and network management.
• Provide L3 support to system and software teams.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, oversee their services, and ensure compliance.
• Manage network security protocols and access policies to ensure data security.
• Analyze security vulnerabilities of network-connected devices and implement necessary updates.
• Provide technical support for remote access and network connectivity issues.
• Prepare reports related to the network and propose improvements for network infrastructure.
