We are looking for a highly motivated Backend Engineer who is passionate about building the next big thing in FinTech and making a real impact in the region. As a key member of the founding team, you will play a crucial role in developing scalable, high-quality solutions and shaping the future of financial technology in the region.

✅ Solution Development

• Implement high-quality, scalable solutions in a timely manner.
• Ensure designs are robust, maintainable, and optimized for scalability.

✅ API Design & Optimization

• Review and provide feedback on API design for optimized backend implementation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of API design best practices.

✅ Technology & Innovation

• Identify new libraries, frameworks, and platforms to enhance our architecture.
• Prototype new features and collaborate cross-functionally with the product team.

✅ Roadmaps & Integration

• Contribute to planning, development roadmaps, and integration strategies.

🎯 Technical Expertise

• Strong computer science fundamentals in system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI/Flask.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP cloud platforms.

📌 Experience & Knowledge

• Prior experience in building and shipping consumer-facing (B2C) products.
• Deep understanding of API design and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of financial and investment ecosystems (preferred).

• Experience working in an early-stage startup (preferred).
