Wholesale Credit Application Processing, Credit DecisionsRole description:We are seeking an experienced Technology SME to facilitate the delivery and implementation of a Corporate Credit Application Processing System. This role requires a strong technical background, hands-on expertise in modern technology stacks, and the ability to drive end-to-end IT solutions for corporate credit processing. The candidate should have experience in managing complex systems implementation / delivery and a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.Key Requirements:Experience:8+ years of experience in IT development, IT delivery and implementation roles.3+ years in a leadership role, facilitating and leading dev teams and projects.Strong coding experience with Java, SpringBoot, SQL/PL SQL, and REST APIs.Experience In designing and building headless BPM integrations (OpenText BPM)Experience in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management.Technical Skills:Expertise in solution architecture and integrations design.Solid understanding of database management and optimization (SQL and Oracle).Strong coding, code review and debugging skills.Strong skills of devops implementation (Azure repos, branching strategies, Azure pipelines, Automated testing, etc) Expertise in data integration workflows using Control-M or SAP BODSSoft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder / dev teams leading abilities.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry.Familiarity with corporate credit processes and workflows.
