JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Sales District Manager to join our team. JELD-WEN is a global and leading company in the production and sale of doors.
Your role
As a district manager you will be responsible for leading sales and project efforts in your assigned district, ensuring alignment with JW's sales policy and strategy. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and optimize responsibility through effective relationship management and strategic project sales.
You will be an important part of our team where we work towards increasing sales, hit rate, market share and customer satisfaction, in line with our sales policy and strategy.

JELD-WEN is a leading global designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-performance interior and exterior doors, windows, and related building products serving the new construction and repair and remodelling sectors. Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., the company operates facilities in 16 countries in North America and Europe and employs approximately 18,000 people
Within Europe we have over 26 facilities across 15 countries, with 6000+ employees. Our vision is to inspire our customers through leading brands, great service, innovative new products and solutions (leveraging the full JELD-WEN portfolio), while significantly enhancing our EoDB built on operational excellence.
Your role
As a district manager you will be responsible for leading sales and project efforts in your assigned district, ensuring alignment with JW's sales policy and strategy. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and optimize responsibility through effective relationship management and strategic project sales.
You will be an important part of our team where we work towards increasing sales, hit rate, market share and customer satisfaction, in line with our sales policy and strategy.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Secure and win projects, drive revenue, and expand market share in the district.
- Build relationships with key decision makers (clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers) to maximize project success.
- Ensure JW is included in all relevant bids and coordinate pricing and execution with the inside sales team.
- Develop strong relatsionships with buyers, industrial customers, and retailers to drive inquiries and sales.
- Work closely with consultants to enhance profitability and efficiency in project execution.
- Good understanding of sales and negotiation skills.
- The abilities to communicate with people at all levels with customers and decision makers.
- Excellent product knowledge of doors or good prerequisites for acquiring product knowledge very well.
- Thrives and feels good on construction sites and in project meetings.
- Practical ability to understand product and assembly.
- Willing to travel (customer meetings, customer events, industry meetings, attending trade fairs)
