HR Executive

Our client is Semi Government company based out in Dubai looking to hire professional HR Executive with Arabic Speaking Mandatory

Key Responsibilities –

• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Conducts preliminary interview of candidates: Preparation of files with interview sheets / Job descriptions/ CV/ certifications, Interview schedules (including overseas interviews).
• Handle 360-degree Recruitment and on-boarding process.
• Liaising with Immigration officers on Visa procedures.
• Overseeing all aspects of HR Administration related to employees
• Maintaining and updating Personnel Files.
• Handle Employee Medical Insurance from time to time.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Manage Pension Portal
• Assist in Payroll (Entry of new joiners, enter promotions and status changes, separation of leavers)
• Monitoring leaves of employees.
• Monitoring and updating training & development
• Assist and coordinate with Government Entities if and when required.
  
  

Requirements –

• Proven working experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
• Knowledge of HR systems / SAP preferable.
• Excellent active listening and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
