UX/UI Designer

Zenzorrito Tecnologías SL is a dynamic company located in Granada, part of Badger Maps Inc. Badger Maps is a bootstrapped company that builds a route planning software for field salespeople that dramatically improves operations through route optimization, smart scheduling, CRM integration, and other cool features!

We’re looking for a customer-focused Product Designer who can ideate, shape and deliver a successful product and beyond.

We are seeking a motivated and talented Product Designer who can quickly familiarize themselves with our products and processes, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of their work.

This is a unique opportunity to use your research and design skills in a way that makes a real, immediate difference at a young and energetic company. The successful candidate will be a member of the product team, working on various tasks and projects in support of Badger’s core business. We are a growing company, but a small team, so every team member has a wide range of daily responsibilities. The successful candidate will be able to operate independently with little direction, and their contributions will have a direct and measurable impact on the company’s success.

This is a temporary position of at least 8 months and we're looking for someone who can work 40 hours a week

What to expect:

• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand the needs and pain points of users, aiming to improve their user experience
• Continuously iterate on designs based on constructive feedback from internal stakeholders and users
• Independently work on projects to completion, growing both professionally and personally with a team that’s dedicated to helping you succeed
• Communicate openly and transparently supporting each other’s ideas while thinking critically

What we are looking for:

• 1-2 years of product design experience, not exclusively freelance
• Excellent English communication skills verbal and written
• Strong design skills with a focus on web and internal tools
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and processes and changing focus managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable collaborating with developers, product managers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with design systems
• Proficiency with Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of CRM systems
