Job Description

To provide support to Auto Finance team to ensure accurate and timely loan disbursement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely disbursement, proper documentation received, accurate system data input and after-disbursement are performed within SLA and in accordance to the stipulated guidelines b) Support the team to ensure timely disbursement and accuracy in documentation c) Liaise with Account Managers and internal customers to ensure timely and accurate disbursement is performed d) Ensure compliance with all guidelines and conditions met prior to disbursement e) Comfortable to assist with financial posting and variety of account transaction

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Finance, Banking, or a Business-related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to quickly learn new processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity in all correspondence.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.
