Product Manager - DeFi

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Product Manager - DeFi - this is a hybrid role in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore.

We are the leading interest rate trading platform in the blockchain space, managing over $5 billion in Total Value Locked. Our team is small, fast-moving, and dedicated to building innovative products that push the boundaries of technology and finance.

About The Job

We are seeking a self-driven and creative Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product features, from research and ideation to execution and evaluation. In this role, you will identify frictions and challenges users face with the app, design effective solutions that account for technical and operational implications, and collaborate with engineers to bring these solutions to life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the product
• Propose and prioritize features to enhance the app's functionality and user experience
• Design detailed product specifications and workflows for feature development
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure smooth and timely implementation of features
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented features, iterating as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.

Prior experience in DeFi, with familiarity in blockchain protocols or active participation in DeFi communities as a plus.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges creatively.
