We are an Integrated Brand Experience Agency seeking an experienced adaptive Full Stack Developer to join our innovative and agile team. In this role, flexibility and adaptability are crucial, as you'll need to seamlessly switch between front-end and back-end development, while also embracing new technologies and methodologies to enhance web performance and drive impactful digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 6-7+ years of experience with LAMP stack technologies and intricate front-end execution, a variety of CMS platforms, and e-commerce/transactional solutions. You should be passionate about contributing to cutting-edge digital initiatives and thrive in a collaborative, creative environment where versatility is key. Responsibilities

Front-End

Transform complex design systems into maintainable, responsive code alongside an experienced interactive developer
Implement animations and design-driven micro-interactions
Build custom interactive components
Create and leverage existing component libraries
Implement responsive design systems with near pixel-perfect accuracy
Strong familiarity of working with HTTP and client-side AJAX integrations
Collaborate with our UI/UX lead, Creative, and Production teams throughout the timeline of a project including a stringent QA process
Collaborate with our in-house Production team to estimate and prioritize tasks

Back-End

Partner with an established Senior Developer and DevOps/Technical Lead on the architecture and maintenance of client web applications, build and maintain backend integrations with third-party APIs and custom CMS solutions

Required Qualifications

Modern Javascript/ES6+ and front-end frameworks
Expert-level CSS and responsive development
PHP development (Laravel, Craft CMS/Yii, Wordpress)
Working with version control, specifically Git
Team player
Absolute passion for their craft
Desire to work in a collaborative agency environment rather than a large corporation
Preferred Experience with the following technology stacks: Languages (PHP, CSS, Javascript); Frameworks/Libraries: (Laravel, Craft CMS/Yii, WordPress, KnockoutJS, jQuery); Platforms (Shopify, WPEngine, Zapier); Databases (MySQL, MariaDB); Templating (Handlebars, Mustache, Liquid)

Ideally:

Experience with high-volume transactional systems
Experience with optimizing front-end performance while preserving visual quality
Develop data visualization solutions using D3.js and Chart.js
Experience with Figma
Experience with implementing accessibility guides without compromising page design
Stacks including: Email Services (Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, Mailgun); Hosting/Cloud (AWS, Linode, and/or Oracle); Languages (Node, Python and Go); Platforms (CRM’s including Salesforce, Hubspot); Frontend Frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind)
Knowledge of DevOps practices (Docker, Ansible, Bash, SELinux, Testing & Deployments)
Experience with RHEL-based servers
