Tasks

• X Strategy and Management:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive X strategy aligned with our branding and our AI narrative.
• Actively manage the company’s X account, creating and scheduling daily posts
• Engage with followers, industry influencers, and partners/projects in the industry to build relationships and increase visibility and impressions
• Live-tweet during important events, trending news, product launches, and announcements
• Monitor and analyze X metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal performance
• Development and implementation of marketing funnels and content strategies that align with the overall marketing goals of the company
• Management and development of the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with media outlets to ensure positive coverage and effectively managing inquiries or crisis situations
• Analysis of the effectiveness of communication and marketing strategies
• Content Creation:
• Produce engaging, informative, and shareable content about the space utilizing our dapps to showcase our products
• Create X threads and contents explaining current trends, project updates, and market analysis
• Design eye-catching graphics, GIFs, and short video clips optimized for X
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand (AI narrative) voice across all X communications
• Creation and management of content that resonates with the target audience, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other content
• Creation of a content plan based on statistics from the previous period.
• Community Management:
• Foster a vibrant X community around our project and narrative
• Respond to inquiries on X, comments, and messages promptly and professionally
• Organize and host X Spaces discussions on relevant topics
• Identify and engage with key opinion leaders and potential partners in the crypto space
• Trending and Growth:
• Stay on top of trending topics in the forever evolving blockchain space
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align X efforts with broader marketing campaigns
• Education and Awareness:
• Create educational content to help newcomers and experts in the space understand our narrative and the IQ ecosystem
• Develop X campaigns to raise awareness about important issues in the crypto space utilizing our dapps/products
  
  

Requirements

Have managed large sized crypto/blockchain X handles of more than 500k+ followers with organic growth and impressions

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech sector
• Proven track record of growing and engaging X audiences with previous projects’s X handle as well as your own
• Expert level of understanding in how X works, especially in the field of blockchain and key opinion leaders
• Genuine passion and interest of growing X handles
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the overall digital asset ecosystem
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
• Strong visual design skills and experience with graphic design tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of X best practices, features, and algorithm changes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the 24/7 nature of the crypto market
• High level of English from C1 and above, good communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Skills in working with advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Ability to create high-quality and original content, including texts, images, videos and infographics
• Understanding the principles of marketing funnels.

• Familiarity and relations with crypto X culture and key influencers
• Experience with video editing and animation tools
• Understanding the trend of memeification as well as the idea of degenification in the space
