Looking for "Project Manager with CRM experience" candidate for our organization.

Location: NJ preferred, Remote is also an option

Exp range : 10+ Yrs.

Job Type: Fulltime

Responsibility:

• Handling the coordination between internal focus group, cross business focus group, Tech and Product team
• Connect with colleagues and collect requirements from all businesses and geographies
• Review requirements and user stories and work with Tech team to develop a detailed timeline and project plan on how we will get to July 1 and the deployment plan after July 1
• Coordinate with other functions such as Tech, Data Management Group, Legal and Compliance, Finance to incorporate their feedback into each of the workstreams
• Project manage all CRM related meetings and document key takeaways and follow through on the key action items
• Provide regular updates to leadership team on the status of the project
• Conduct testing of the UAT environment and provide feedback
• Key requirement for the role: Understand Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce CRM capabilities and ensure requirements are incorporated into each sprint
