Network Administrator

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000/year

Location: Onsite - Irving, TX

Position: Network Analyst/Admin

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Admin to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, oversee, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Deploy and manage gateways, switches, and other networking devices across the communication network.
  • Support the integration of new equipment and network topologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Systems Engineers to establish seamless connectivity between on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Troubleshoot network equipment issues, performing repairs or upgrades as needed.
  • Assist in administering network security and physical security solutions.
  • Provide technical support to field technicians for both corporate and remote communication infrastructures.
  • Engage directly with end users, delivering high-level network support.
  • Some travel, always potential to go onsite to other locations (vehicle/reimbursement provided)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • MUST have CCNA Certification
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in switching, routing, and troubleshooting
  • Cloud Networking experience
  • Strong knowledge of dynamic routing protocols, WAN, LAN, WLAN, and IPSec, with a foundational understanding of network security technologies.
  • Effective communication and ability to collaborate with a team
  • Strong customer service skills for optimal end user experience

  • Proficiency in managing, prioritizing, and multitasking daily responsibilities.
