Responsibilities:

• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Vendors to shape product ideas.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to set specs and launch products.
• Review packaging for accuracy (ingredients, claims, compliance).
• Assist with formula development and ingredient analysis.
• Perform quality tests using in-house and third-party labs.
• Track trends in pet and consumer markets.
• Suggest new products and product improvements.
• Keep up-to-date with FDA, USDA, and AAFCO regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of food regulations.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills.
