Data Analyst

Overview: This role requires strong data analytics skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate refund calculations. Analysts collaborate with Business Risk and business partners to develop action plans and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to execute analytical initiatives.
• Solve business problems using advanced analytics, including segmentation, optimization, and machine learning.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and provide insights.
• Deliver presentations of findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Establish and maintain performance tracking; identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong SQL, SAS, and communication skills.
• Highly data-savvy with a close eye for detail.
• Ability to work on issues from various business areas and develop an understanding of the relevant business, issue, and data.
• Experience in working closely with Business Risk

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.
