Responsibilities
- Analyze the Clearing business for ETD and OTC, including product lifecycles and markets
- Address market and regulatory changes, understanding their impact on the IT F2B stack
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements
- Manage and prioritize product management activities systematically
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of business and technical requirements
- Stay updated on evolving market and regulatory changes and their impact on product management
- Assist in defining and enforcing quality standards for product management
- Provide valuable inputs in product management meetings based on thorough analysis
- Ensure adherence to modern software development processes such as Agile
- Remain updated on the latest business analysis tools and strategies
- Minimum of 13-18 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on ETD or OTC
- Deep understanding of the Clearing business for ETD and ideally OTC, including product lifecycles and markets, CCP/Venue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address market and regulatory changes, and their impact on the IT F2B stack
- Proficiency in querying data sources with mid-level SQL skills
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in modern software development processes such as Agile and incremental delivery
- Experience with modern financial technologies and platforms
- Knowledge of derivative trading platforms and tools
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in the financial industry
- ETD (Exchange Traded Derivative) or OTC (Over the Counter)
