Insight Analyst 📍 Location: South Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days a week) 💰 Salary: £35,000-£45,000

The Role

As an Insight Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analysing customer behaviour, market trends, and operational performance. Your insights will directly shape our client’s business strategy, optimise processes, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Analyse large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

✔️ Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making across multiple departments.

✔️ Provide actionable insights to improve customer retention, acquisition, and engagement.

✔️ Collaborate with teams across marketing, finance, and operations to drive performance improvements.

✔️ Present complex data findings in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL & Python

✅ Experience working with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

✅ Ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions.

✅ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

✅ Experience in a utilities, telecoms, or B2B environment is a plus but not essential.
