Product Manager

Enso Recruitment is working on behalf of a client to find a Product Manager with a strong technical background. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, shaping product strategy, and delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Gather and analyse user feedback to refine and prioritise product features
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring a focus on high-value initiatives
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure the product meets industry regulations and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 2+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a software development environment
• Experience working in agile teams to deliver software products

Technical Skills:

• Previous experience as a Software Engineer or strong technical expertise in software development
• Understanding of APIs, system architecture, and software development processes

Other Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
