What you'll do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing security team, fostering a culture of security awareness and best practices.
• Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, incident response, and security audits.
• Implement and manage security technologies and controls, ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to promote a security-first mindset.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging security threats and technologies, ensuring our client's defenses remain cutting-edge.
• Represent the company on security matters with regulators, partners, and industry bodies.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a CISO or in a senior security leadership role, preferably within the financial services or technology sector.
• Deep understanding of security frameworks, regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Experience in managing complex security projects and budgets.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are highly desirable.
