Product Owner

S3i is hiring Product Owner that has worked within a OT environment. 100% remote for Argentina residents. B2+ English competency is required.

The OT Platform Product Owner supports the Operational Technology (OT) Product Line Manager and OT Solution Development Product Manager, located in USA, by ensuring cost competitive, reliable and secure operations of Operational Technology platform, while also enabling digital capabilities and driving modernization of the environment. Product capabilities managed include Claroty, SteelCloud, GoodSync, Solarwinds, Windows AD, Snow GRC.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting strategic direction, prioritization and delivery excellence for the team

• Ensuring team members are delivering against priorities. Removes impediments and enables continuous improvement.

• Managing the balance of new features & modernization and technical debt elimination through the program backlog

• Defining the vision and roadmap for the lifecycle of my product(s) / service(s) and maximizing the business value it delivers

• Partnering with OT Architecture to ensure technical enablers are adequately prioritized and reflected in the backlog

• Coordinating with BU stakeholders, other POs in functional platforms to identify new capabilities

• Partnering with the chapter leads to help shape the skills needed to deliver on product capabilities

• Managing the budget and schedule: the Product Owner is responsible for managing the budget and plans for the OT products in the OT Product Line and ensuring that the team can deliver the products and services on time and within budget.

• Ensure robust process for feedback and performance input

• Following corporate process for regular performance feedback to employees

• Develops and encourages teamwork and acceptable behaviors: encourages diversity, builds collaboration, pushes out decision making, facilitates conflict resolution, and creates supportive environment by eliminating barriers.

• Serve as an escalation point to remove value delivery barriers and for product operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OT security engineering

• Knowledgeable in network device management.

• Understanding of PCN/OT network infrastructure and environments.
