Your mission

As part of the Bitpanda NextGen Graduate program, you’ll be part of the future of financial services helping millions of people generate independent wealth.

If you’re eager to understand Bitpanda – Austria’s first unicorn – this is the program for you. Whether it’s tech, product, finance, legal, marketing, sales or operations; you’re eager to learn from industry experts, assist in complex projects and help design, create and drive products and solutions for millions of people.

As part of our NextGen graduate program, no matter which part of Bitpanda you join, you’ll be picking up key skills and applying knowledge directly from your study in the real world. Together with your mentor, you’ll find out which field of expertise fits you best and get an opportunity to kick-start your career by joining one of our specialised departments. No more tests or assignments, now is the time to hit the ground running.

What you’ll do 

• Learn – end-to-end – about Bitpanda’s products, services and business domain while working on projects that will make a material impact on the future of Bitpanda and our community of over 5 million investors.


• Provide world-class service to Bitpanda’s community by kicking off your career engaging with real-world customers, learning their pains and formulating solutions relevant to your skillset (think tech/automation, compliance, marketing, legal and more!)


• Start applying your academic knowledge in real-world situations and advance into a team that fits your background and passion


• Work alongside a subject matter expert, helping deliver key projects and solutions that really make a difference.


• Learn loads of new things every day! The sky's the limit!

Who you are

• A solution-oriented professional who has recently graduated and looking for a no BS adventure


• Superb verbal and written communication skills in English (Bonus points for additional languages including German, French and Italian)


• You’re studying a degree that aligns with one or more of our functions like computer science, marketing, finance, legal, business administration (if you’re not sure, send us your CV and we’ll help you out)


• Flexible and adaptable to keep pace with an ever-changing environment, no day is ever the same at Bitpanda.
