Job Location – Brussels, Belgium

Mode of work: Contract and hybrid

Job Description:

Java Solution Architect with Payment domain.

• Excellent hands-on and implementation experience Java 8 with Spring boot framework
• Usage of the new Java 8 feature for the feature delivery
• Should have sound implementation and hands on experience on, Hibernate, ORM, Java frameworks, REST/JSON, JSP, Servlet, Java Beans, JDBC), EJB-Stateless, JMS, SQL, JUNIT, MOCKITO, REST and SOAP
• Should have sound implementation experience on Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, Nolio, Ansible / TFS Build, any one of the usages of Selenium / Fortify / open-source regression test suite with the usage of BDD with cucumber framework, ELK or Prometheus configuration for continuous monitoring
• Should have experience in terms of writing PL/SQL database objects and scripts for their API and creation of database objects. Experience in Oracle RDBMS
• Should have implementation experience in terms of doing unit testing using JUNIT, experience in PACT based testing for integration testing and doing functional testing of the feature delivered
• Should have working experience in Agile teams where interaction with Product owner is must and should have the experience in terms of delivering features to production in agile fashion. Working on agile ceremonies, stand ups, sprint retro, sprint planning is mandatory.
• Should have good design pattern knowledge and implementation experience on Singleton Pattern, Factory Pattern, Abstract Factory Pattern, Facade Pattern, Decorator Pattern, Adapter Pattern, Strategy Pattern and Front Controller Pattern.
• Should have demonstrated challenge based approached, in terms of challenging the status quo
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in terms of integration with messaging layer like JMS, KAFKA is a must
• Nice to Have:
• Excellent social skills
• Should have the acumen and experience in terms of building frameworks and products
• Should have produced white papers and did presentations and contributions to source community.
• Should have the acumen and experience in terms of building frameworks and products
• Experience in terms of working on containers
• Experience in Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of NoSQL database like Cassandra, MongoDB
• Experience in managing scrum team & Project planning & management
