Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer - 30,000 aed p/m - 1 year contract - Dubai

Airswift is working with a global engineering company who are looking to add a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to their team in Dubai. My client is looking for someone with 7+ years as a Product Designer with EXPERT/SENIOR experience.

You MUST be able to speak English and Arabic is strongly preferred.

The Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer will join the dynamic and innovative Customer Experience (CX) team in UAE. As a key member of the creative and collaborative team, the ideal candidate will be open-minded, highly experienced, and proactive in engaging directly with front-line sales efforts. This role is pivotal in transforming opportunities into successful projects. As an Senior Product (UI/UX) Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the end Clients' current strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their skills and a passion for creating stunning and user-oriented products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CX strategies to increase efficiency and revenue.
• Deeply analyse customers and business problems to identify the pain points.

Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Design (UI/UX/Digital Design) or equivalent.
• At least 8+ years of professional experience in B2B/SaaS and B2C in the digital industry.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Expert Product Designer.
• Proven experience in C-level stakeholder management and leading remote design teams.
• Have strong knowledge and practice in both UX and UI with deep understanding of methodologies including user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma, MIRO, Maze, Dovetail, and data analytic tools.
• Strong understanding and experience with design systems, ensuring design consistency and scalability.
