Role Overview:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will take full ownership of building and optimizing our AI-driven product. You'll work across both backend and AI systems to enhance the learning experience for our users. Collaborating with a dynamic, high-growth team, you'll help define the future of personalized education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to power AI-driven tutors, focusing on improving user experience and key performance metrics.
• Lead end-to-end ML development: from model discovery, algorithm development, to testing and production deployment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, backend, and frontend teams to integrate AI features into the product.
• Drive innovation in machine learning and AI, continuously improving our product's capabilities and performance.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and techniques (professional experience is not required, but a solid grasp of fundamentals is necessary).
• Experience working on AI projects (academic, personal, or professional) with hands-on model development and experimentation.
• Enthusiasm for AI’s potential impact on the education space.
• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing startup environment.
• Familiarity with product development processes and understanding how to leverage AI to drive business outcomes.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with full-stack development (ability to contribute to both backend and frontend code).
• Familiarity with key product metrics such as user growth, retention, and engagement.
• Knowledge of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
