We are dedicated to the secure management of data from more than 600,000 hosts, ensuring it remains live and accessible for over three years. The SaaS Security Engineering team is at the forefront of ensuring the availability and performance of our data pipeline, detection engine, and case management software across more than 70 regions worldwide. This commitment supports real-time investigation, forensic analysis, and compliance needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), OCI libraries (CLI + Python).
- Experience with Apache Kafka.
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and Helm.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Container Runtime Interface (CRI).
- Passionate about improving quality of service and automating manual processes.
- Experience with implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with systems like Jenkins/ArgoCD is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Proficient in Python, GoLang, and Bash.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, rewrite/refactor, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Familiarity with TORB and MFO is a big plus.
- Develop and maintain scalable and reliable data streaming solutions using Kafka.
- Orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Helm.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage Docker/CRI containers.
- Lead efforts to improve the quality of service and ensure high availability and performance of our systems.
- Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and provide support for critical incidents and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for infrastructure and application management.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing technical leadership and expertise.
