ERP Implementation Project Manager

📍 Hybrid – 3 days in Dublin office

📅 12-month fixed-term contract

Our client is undertaking a major ERP upgrade, impacting critical business functions including operations, logistics, distribution, and finance. In parallel, we are rolling out additional system enhancements and infrastructure improvements to optimise business performance.

With a dedicated team already managing project governance, PMO, and change management, we now need a skilled ERP Implementation Project Manager to take ownership of project execution—ensuring smooth delivery on time and within budget.

Your Role:

• Lead the full lifecycle of ERP and IT system implementations, from planning to go-live.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration.
• Oversee automation initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements.
• Provide clear, regular project updates to sponsors and senior leadership.
• Take a hands-on approach, driving execution with precision, accountability, and momentum.

What You Bring:

1. 5+ years' experience in IT project management, specialising in ERP implementation and system integration.
2. A proven track record of delivering complex IT projects (ERP, POS, applications, infrastructure) in retail, wholesale, or supply chain environments.
3. Strong technical expertise in ERP upgrades, automation, data migration, and system integrations.
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and communicate at senior levels.
5. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and project execution skills.
