- Build a compliant and easy to use platform, exposed as a set of self-service tools.
- Leverage cutting-edge technologies and techniques to add new features to the platform, and yes we have plenty of opportunities to do that :)
- Strike a balance between shipping often and maintaining a high level of system reliability and security. You will work with stakeholders to set and maintain SLO’s and SLA’s to meet our business and merchants requirements.
- Engage with auditors to make sure that everyone is doing what they are supposed to do, keeping our Merchants and Clients money safe and sound.
To top it off, here are some roadmap items we are currently working on:
- Design and implement a shared cluster compute topology within our Cloud Infra
- Build a cost attribution system encompassing over cloud and infra services
What You Have
- 3 to 6 years of experience as an engineer in the infrastructure or platform area
- Experience with any Cloud PaaS is a must. Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform will be a bonus.
- Demonstrated expertise in HashiCorp Terraform and a deep understanding of infrastructure as code principles
- Experience with designing, building and maintaining automations, systems and tools that keep downtime at a minimum
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm
- Experience dealing with large-scale applications in complex environments
- Experience with high-level programming languages like Go/Python
