Quality Assurance Engineer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our airframe composite products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in root cause analysis, quality procedure development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.
Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Create comprehensive quality plans, including testing and inspection protocols for UAV systems.
Analyze data, generate reports, and manage quality metrics using MS365/MS Office
Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in Quality Engineering, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical knowledge in mechanical, electronics, and software
Fluent in English and Latvian.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
