Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Level Front End Developer with strong leadership potential to join our team. In this role, you will not only contribute to the development of our web applications but also have the opportunity to lead a small team of developers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional programming experience and expertise in React, Next.js, Typescript, CSS, and Tailwind.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of front end developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable front end solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
• Identify and address technical debt, performance issues, and other areas of improvement.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in front end development.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional programming experience.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Typescript, CSS, and Tailwind.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of front end architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
