CEO, IBERIA

An international education group with global presence is seeking a CEO for the region of Iberia.

Reporting to the Global CEO, the ideal candidate will:

• Work closely with the Shareholders and the global team to ensure that the region is meeting its goals and objectives, and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Lead effective engagement and communication with shareholders and other relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the region's financial health and growth.
• Plan and implement long-term business strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and a relevant master's degree.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience at C level and a proven track record of achieving success and growth.
• Strong focus on people
• Experience in a private equity backed company
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving industry.
• Fluency in English and Spanish
