We are a rapidly expanding provider of Retail Print Solutions, specializing in Instore POS, Window Displays, and Semi & Permanent Displays for some of the most high-profile clients in sports and fashion.

We deliver top-tier brand activations and display installations across EMEA, with a commitment to excellence in every project. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of creative projects from concept to completion.

About the Role:

In this role, you will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. You will act as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, managing everything from project planning to final execution. This is a hands-on role requiring a leader who can handle multiple projects and guide teams to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and deliver creative projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements

- Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction

- Lead cross-functional teams and vendors, especially during installations, ensuring smooth coordination

- Manage project budgets and financial reporting, identifying opportunities for cost savings

- Proactively address and resolve any project risks or issues to maintain quality and progress

What We're Looking For:

We seek a detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in creative industries (design, marketing, production, events), excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects within tight deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Office 365 is a plus.
