React developer (on-site)

What You Will Be Doing

• Take a leadership role in building high-performance, responsive, and reusable UI components for our #1 cloud cybersecurity platform.
• Drive the development of complex features, ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to align on technical requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and growth within the team.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable frontend architectures using React and TypeScript.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
• Conduct peer reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure application reliability and maintainability.
• Write and maintain comprehensive tests to ensure quality, maintainability, and robustness of the codebase.
• Stay current with modern frontend technologies and best practices, continuously driving innovation within the team.
  
  
  

What We Need From You

• Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript, with experience in building large-scale, complex frontend applications.
• Strong understanding of component-driven architecture, state management patterns (e.g., Redux, Zustand, or Context API), and responsive design principles.
• Expertise in integrating and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Demonstrated experience with performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and minimizing re-renders.
• Familiarity with modern CSS methodologies such as Tailwind CSS, CSS-in-JS, or CSS Modules.
• Experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and E2E testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
• Deep understanding of Git workflows, including feature branching, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality code and user experiences.
  
  
  

It Would Be Nice If You Had

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their frontend development tools.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, or similar module bundlers.
