Transformation Programme Lead | London (Hybrid) | Salary £70,000-£80,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading Automotive business that delivers automotive vehicles to thousands of disabled people across the UK.

My client have grown to be the largest leasing company in the UK, providing over five million customers with affordable transport solutions which empower them to move around on their own terms.

We are now looking for a Transformation Programme Lead, to coordinate and oversee the delivery of the department programmes required to meet the strategic goals and operational priorities of the function and wider business.

Responsibilities:

-Implement the monitoring & reporting for all programmes against operational milestones and strategic objectives

-Identify risks & issues, develop mitigating options

-Develop collaborative and enduring relationships with the SLT & Stakeholders

You will have the following experience:

-Experience of successfully overseeing the implementation of multiple programmes

-Effective experience of identifying, developing and implementing successful solutions to mitigate risks and issues

-Strong demonstrable experience of managing and communicating to multiple stakeholder groups

The Package:

💰Salary: £70,000-£80,000
