Responsabilities:

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on networks, applications, and systems using advanced tools and techniques.
• Lead Red Team engagements to emulate real-world attack scenarios, providing critical insights into the effectiveness of security controls.
• Develop and execute strategies for bypassing advanced security measures and evaluate the organization’s detection and response capabilities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application development teams to understand the technologies in use and design test plans accordingly.
• Provide detailed, pragmatic, risk-based reports on findings and remediation recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior penetration testers and Red Team members, sharing expertise and enhancing team capabilities.
• Stay current with the latest attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and exploits to continuously refine Red Team methodologies.
• Develop and deliver workshops and training to engineering teams on secure development practices and incident response.
• Assist in incident response activities and provide input on root cause analysis.
• Create and implement scenarios and procedures for executing Red Team and penetration testing operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in penetration testing
• Strong understanding of network, web, and mobile application protocols and security.
• Expertise with penetration testing tools
• Industry certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEE, GPEN, GXPN, GREM, GWAPT, GAWN
• Proven experience in developing and executing complex test scenarios.
• Proven experience in developing and executing complex Red Team and penetration testing scenarios.
• Excellent reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security issues to a diverse audience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
