We are looking for a motivated and skilled student to join our Customer Support (Aftersales) Team.

In this position your main focus will be to analyze business performance with various data sources. In a bigger context, you are part of a team that are developing and driving the aftersales business in close cooperation with our dealers and service partners. Currently, we are in the exciting transformation towards electrification and digitalization to be able to deliver the premium customer journey.


What awaits you?

  • Perform business data analysis and generate insightful visualizations based on business requirements.
  • Perform data validation to prove new business concepts.
  • Generating reports and follow-up dealer performance.
  • Publish business information to dealers via communication platform.
  • Close collaboration with area manager, cross-functional teams and dealers.


What should you bring along?

  • Pursuing a degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experienced in using various IT tools for data visualization and report creation.
  • The confidence and communication skills to engage with dealers and stakeholders in a constructive, collaborative manner.
  • Speak and write fluently English and Swedish.
  • Favorably experience from automotive dealer business or similar.

  • Passion for leveraging data to drive business impact.
  • Communication skills with the ability to compose concise business information to dealer network.

The position is part-time, approximately 20 hours a week and you will be reporting to Customer Support Market Manager Sweden. It’s located in Sollentuna, the premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and group training classes.
