Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule design activities across process experts and digital product specialists.
- Oversee the design team in delivering design workshops and provide support with statistics.
- Ensure smooth progression through all design stages, including preparation, session participation, and closure, to successfully transition to the next stage.
- Facilitate design sessions, managing introductions, closures, timekeeping, and monitoring discussions.
- Collaborate with Business Area Leads and Business & Solution Architects to offer guidance to design teams on priorities for the release.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes, including methods and tools for managing scope, time, cost, risk, quality, and communication, as well as how to integrate these processes.
- Skilled in coordinating meetings and managing responsibilities, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and interfaces simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience in presenting data and risk management to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural and international project teams across diverse locations.
