Job Summary

We seek a skilled PHP Developer to join our team in Poland and contribute to developing, testing, and maintaining dynamic web applications and backend services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that meet business requirements.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on work experience developing PHP
• Habit of writing clear, understandable, and maintainable code
• Ability of writing tests: unit, integration, E2E
• Following SOLID principles
• Good knowledge of GIT and OOP
• Knowledge of Symfony
• Very good command of English
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with "Distributed Systems" and microservice design
• Experience with CQRS or similar architectural patterns
• interested in learning about DDD principles
• Rest API
  
  

Soft skills:

• Desire to lead by influence and showing a good example
• Experience mentoring development team members
• Communication with business leaders in non-technical terms
