Job Details
Job Title: AI ML Business Analyst
Location: Krakow, Poland (Onsite 2 days/week)
Mode: B2B contract through TST Infotech

Required Skills
- Highly numerate with strong background in mathematical disciplines e.g., computer science (AI/ML), statistics, physics, engineering.Extensive experience in model development and lifecycle.Proven experience of working with GenAI, Large Language Models (LLM), Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, huggingface, Scikit-learn libraries
- Deep knowledge of software development and experience in a range of coding languages such as Python, C++, JavaScript, HTML.Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.Some banking and/or financial services experience with Global Banking (GB), Investment Banking (IB) or Commercial Banking (CMB) exposure preferred.
- Familiarity with financial data and good understanding of banking products and processes. Motivated quick thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of preparing and communicating key messages and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Track record of implementing GenAI solutions in strictly regulated organizations. Result oriented team player who can foster strong and collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.
