Digital Design track - Work on exciting design projects:
Develop your UX Research and UX Design skills while helping leading companies improve existing services or develop new ones. You’ll work on challenging projects, generally lasting up to 12 months. Your role can vary from being a Validation Expert, UX designer, or a UX researcher. Through your work with different teams, design contexts, and phases of the design funnel, you will become a full-stack design professional, capable of delivering value in any scenario.
Digital Design track - Grow with an immersive development program:
The most unique part of this job is our development program. We know what it takes to become a successful change maker and our mission is to make you one. Learn from top-notch coaches, industry experts, and your peers, as we challenge you to step out of your comfort zone. Engage in transformative experiences like a silent retreat and ice-bath challenge while gaining expertise in topics such as Inclusive Design, Customer Journey Mapping, Customer Research, and UX/UI Design.

- A starting salary ranging from €2700 to €3000, based on your experience and skills.
- A two-year contract with annual salary increases of up to 15%.

Our ideal candidate:
- Has an intrinsic passion for UX-research and UX-design;
- Is naturally curious and always questioning the status quo;
- Is a go-getter who knows how to make things happen;
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience and has an exceptional drive;
- Speaks fluent Dutch and English;
- Holds a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- Embraces the "I don't know, but I know how to find out" mentality;
- Shares our passion for creating a positive impact.
